“Underwater” is the second track from Chuu’s first mini album [Howl]. It was released on October 10, 2023, as a pre-release track.
The song was originally titled “Withered”.
Description[]
“Underwater” is an R&B pop track which makes a strong impression with a warm and cozy acoustic guitar sound, minimal beat, and a melody like swimming in water laid on top. The lyrics, which say that it’s okay to wander in the emotions that sometimes come for no reason and pull you into the pitch-black waters, combine with Chuu’s emotional vocals and magnify the song’s atmosphere.[1]
‘Underwater’는 따뜻하고 포근한 느낌의 어쿠스틱 기타 사운드와 미니멀한 비트 위에 물속에서 유영하는 듯한 멜로디가 인상적인 R&B 팝곡으로 한 번씩 이유 없이 찾아와 한없이 어두운 심해로 끌어당기는 감정에 충분히 헤매도 괜찮다는 가사가 츄의 감성적인 보컬과 어우러져 곡의 분위기를 배가시킨다.[2]
