[Only cry in the rain] is the third mini album by South Korean singer Chuu. It was released at 6PM on April 21, 2025, alongside the title track of the same name.
The physical album was released in five versions: Blue, Gray, Tiny Blue, Tiny Gray, and LP.

The singer Chuu releases her third album [Only cry in the rain] on April 21.
This album emotionally weaves together the story of things that flow, things that stay, and a youth that moves onward once again. The blurry memories that everyone has, the clearer memories that remain within, and the way we all walk our daily routines again have been captured in Chuu’s uniquely warm sentimentality. Saying that one can become truthful to emotions on a rainy day, focusing on the moment of emotion, she wove the anxiety of youth and a narrative of growth through music.
This album, consisting of five tracks, paints the journey of facing the unseen things called ‘memory’ and ‘emotion’ and moving onward again. As she sings of pulling out forgotten emotions and how those things constitute her present self, we can see Chuu’s deepened musical world and a songlike internal growth.

가수 츄(CHUU)가 오는 4월 21일, 세 번째 미니앨범 ‘Only cry in the rain’을 발매한다.
이번 앨범은 흐르는 것들과 머무는 것들, 그리고 다시 나아가는 청춘의 이야기를 감성적으로 풀어내었다. 누구에게나 있는 흐릿한 기억과 그 안에 남은 선명한 감정들, 그리고 다시 일상을 걸어가는 우리 모두의 모습을 츄 특유의 따뜻한 감성으로 담아냈다. 특히 비 오는 날만큼은 감정에 솔직해질 수 있다는 감정의 순간에 집중하여, 청춘의 불안과 성장의 서사를 음악으로 풀어냈다.
