[One of a Kind] (Hangul: 원 오브 어 카인드) is the second mini album by Loossemble. It was released on April 15, 2024, including the title track “Girls’ Night”.

The album comes in eight versions: Day, Night, Dawn, and five individual EVER MUSIC album versions.

Description[]

“Destiny is shaped by deliberate choices.”

“Non-random choices shape destiny.”

Moments of choice are bestowed upon us! With every passing moment, we move forward through our decisions.

In the midst of it all, we encounter countless opportunities, and through non-random choices, we shape our destiny.

Though we call it chance, good choices yield good outcomes. Repeating good choices leads to a good destiny. Ultimately, destiny is our own choosing.

Through the title track “Sensitive” of their 1st Mini Album, Loossemble made their initial choice, stating, “Let sensitivity create clearer standards for oneself. Let’s believe in the sensations that have shaped us and move forward with more confidence.” And fans worldwide supported and cheered for Loossemble’s message and courageous choices.

In this album, Loossemble aims to convey their determination and aspirations to fans worldwide, while making their second choice to “come together (“Girls’ Night”), not succumbing to fear or the pressures of the world, but to protect the unique and precious ‘One of a Kind’ selves while walking together!” From the dawn of Loossemble (Dawn) to daytime (Day) and the special night where everyone gathers (“Girls’ Night”), the members have poured their honest hearts and emotions into the album. Loossemble hopes their small wings reach you.

Regarding the title track, it is an up-tempo pop dance song that alternates between minor and major keys, showcasing a diverse rhythm structure that can display both powerful beats and flexibility. It is a song for the special moments of women, incorporating our courage and dreams as we break through the darkness and move forward. On this journey we walk together, we realize each of us is uniquely valuable, and this song hints at the potential for our special moments to bring about greater change.[1]

Lossemble(루셈블)은 지난 1st Mini Album의
타이틀곡 “Sensitive”를 통해서
“예민함(“Sensitive”)이 더욱 뚜렷한 스스로의
기준을 만든다. 지금까지 나를 만들었던 감각을 믿고 더욱 자신 있게 나아가자”라는
첫 번째 선택을 했다.
그리고, 전 세계 팬들은 이러한
루셈블의 메시지와 용기 있는 선택을 응원하고 환호했다.

루셈블은 이번 앨범을 통해 "함께 모여 (“Girls’ Night”) 두려움이나 세상에 굴복하지 않고,
세상에서 하나밖에 없는
소중한 나[One of a Kind]를 지키며
함께 걸어가자!"라는
두 번째 선택을 하며
각오와 포부를 전 세계 팬들에게 전달하고자 한다.

Controversy[]

Not long after the timetable schedule being posted, CTDE&M started receiving backlash from Korean Orbits who were upset due to the comeback’s date falling on April 16, 2024 — the 10th year anniversary of the Sewol ferry tragedy.[2] Efforts to email the company began following this, with a movement by the international fanbase to help amplify this.

On March 19, the company released a statement on Fancafe where they apologized and changed the album’s release date from April 16 to April 15, with the promotion schedule to be brought forward by a day to reflect this.[3][4]
