“DIM” (Korean: 딤) is the fifth and last track from Yves’ second mini album [I Did]. It was later included as the first and title track of the first English remix mini album [DIM ∞].

Description[]

I try to wake up. No, I try to lose my mind. And I recite it. I try to wake up, but when I get confused, the melody and lyrics that seem to be uttered in my unconscious mind create a dreamlike atmosphere.

정신을 차려본다. 아니 정신을 잃어본다. 그리고 읊조린다. 정신을 차려보려 하지만 오히려 혼미해지는 순간, 무의식 속에서 내뱉는 듯한 멜로디와 가사가 몽환적인 분위기를 자아낸다.^[2]

This song went viral on TikTok in February of 2025, with the most popular sound having over 432,000 uses as of April 2, 2025.^[3]^[4]^[5]
- Some fans expressed their dissatisfaction about Yves becoming popular among “locals”.^{[citation needed]} However, majority of Orbits was opposed to the idea of gatekeeping, saying they are happy with Yves being recognized among people.^[6]^[7]^[8] Yves herself responded to the comments with a TikTok video,^[9] thought of by some as in a mocking way.^{[citation needed]}
  - Because of this, a video-creating contest was announced on March 3, 2025. Winners of this event received signed polaroids.^[10]
